You will lead a team of lifeguards and coaches, ensuring a positive guest experience across mornings, evenings and weekends.The role requires energetic leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering customer excellence.
A minimum of 1 Lifeguard shift per week is expected.
