About the RoleAs an Ink Technician, you'll be responsible for mixing, matching, adjusting, and maintaining inks used in our printing operations.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring colour consistency, supporting production lines, and maintaining high print quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMix and prepare inks based on production specs and Pantone standardsConduct colour matching using visual checks and measurement tools (e.g., spectrophotometer)Perform ink adjustments during print runs to maintain colour consistencyTrack ink inventory, maintain batch records,



and reorder stock as neededWork closely with print operators to troubleshoot ink issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and well‐organised ink roomAssist in colour trials and continuous improvement projectsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a printing, manufacturing, or packaging environmentKnowledge of ink mixing, colour matching, and Pantone systemsStrong attention to detail and a keen eye for colour accuracyAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksTeam player with good communication skillsForklift licence and chemical handling knowledge (advantageous)Qualifications in printing technology or similar (preferred but not essential)What's in it for You?
