About the role
Peressin Pools' is seeking a Casual Office Assistant to join our team in Plympton Park, SA.
This is a casual position where you will provide administrative and clerical support to our office.
The role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work arrangements (school hours available) with a minimum 2 days per week and availability to cover extra hours when required.
What you'll be doing
Answering and managing incoming phone calls
Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Assisting with data entry and document processing
Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying and mail handling
Providing support to the wider team as required
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Experience in a similar administrative or office support role with construction experience would be an added advantage




Proficiency in using standard office software such as MYOB(preferred but not essential) and Microsoft Office
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
