Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining smooth service flow, and supporting staff to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead FOH staff during daily service
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
Manage opening and closing procedures
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Train, mentor, and onboard new team members
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally




Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area
Assist with rostering and staff scheduling as required
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Support management with daily reporting and operations

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality (café, takeaway, or restaurant)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
