Qualifications & experience
ESSENTIAL- Experience in working in medical rooms using medical software.
(Previous experience in surgical specialists rooms is preferable but not a must).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as harmoniously within team environment.
Good computing skills, excellent organisational skills and strong attention to details.
Flexibility in work and Compassion towards patient care.

Tasks & responsibilities
A wonderful opportunity is awaiting you as a part time Medical Receptionist for a specialist surgical practice.
This role is offered as permanent part-time, for 3 days per week.
Your new role will involve:
Organise appointments for patients.
Handle phone and email enquiries.
Meet and greet patients, take payments.
Maintain patient electronic records ensuring confidentiality.
Close liaison with Specialists, GPs, Hospitals, Radiology/Pathology providers.
Prepare and send Theatre lists.
Maintain proper documentation of communication.
