Day to Day
Win work and help grow the Canberra client base
Deliver high-quality civil and structural engineering projects
Build strong connections with clients and stakeholders
Recruit, mentor, and help shape the local team
Balance hands-on technical delivery with leadership and business growth
Essential
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural), ideally Chartered or working towards chartership
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior engineering role, with a proven ability in project delivery and client relationship management




Experience using engineering software such as SPACEGASS, RAPT, ETABS, RCB, STRAND7, or equivalent
Strong local market connections in Canberra, particularly across the development, commercial, and medium to high-density building sectors
