About the Role
Integrative Wellness Studio is seeking a qualified and passionate Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing allied health clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and delivering evidence-based treatment to improve movement, reduce pain and support lasting recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations, including reviewing medical history, lifestyle factors and functional movement assessments.
• Assess musculoskeletal conditions and develop personalised treatment plans based on each client's individual needs.
• Deliver high-quality remedial massage treatments using evidence-based manual therapy techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, pregnancy massage, relaxation massage, reflexology and other appropriate techniques within your scope of practice.
• Apply treatment techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, support rehabilitation, enhance recovery and promote overall wellbeing.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
• Educate clients on posture, ergonomics,



stretching, self-management strategies and home exercise programs to support long-term recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment notes and SOAP documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the clinic team while maintaining professional, ethical and infection control standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture.
Essential Requirements
• Diploma of Remedial Massage (or recognised equivalent)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Professional Association Membership (MMA, ANTA, ATMS or equivalent)
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
•Relevant education background preferred
•At least 1 year relevant experience
