About the role
Robinvale District Health Services' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our elderly residents in our aged care facility located in Robinvale, Victoria.
This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans for residents
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
Monitoring and documenting residents' health and wellbeing
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents
What we're looking for
Registered Nurse with a current and valid AHPRA registration
Minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
