Site Managers
with established and growing construction businesses across Adelaide.
We're looking to speak with construction professionals who have experience delivering
commercial, industrial, fit-out, refurbishment or multi-residential projects
and are considering their next career move.
Multiple permanent opportunities are available across a range of project types and values.
The Role
Depending on the project and builder, your responsibilities may include:
Managing day-to-day construction activities on site
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Driving project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved
Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Managing site safety and WHS requirements
Conducting site meetings and toolbox talks
Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics
Working closely with Project Managers and Contract Administrators
Identifying and resolving construction issues
Managing inspections, defects and project handover
Building strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Site Manager or experienced Site Supervisor within Australian construction
Experience delivering commercial, industrial, fit-out, refurbishment or multi-residential projects




Solid understanding of construction programmes and sequencing
Excellent subcontractor management skills
Strong knowledge of WHS and site compliance
Confident communication and leadership skills
Current White Card
Australian driver's licence
Relevant building or construction qualifications highly regarded
We're interested in speaking with both established Site Managers and experienced Supervisors ready to step into a Site Manager position.
What's On Offer
$120,000–$170,000 + super
, depending on experience and project background
