Client Side Organisation - Complex Property Portfolio
This client-side organisation has an extensive complex property portfolio including cafes and food outlets, commercial offices, supermarkets, medical centre, accommodation, state government agencies etc.
This role is responsible for implementing commercial, retail, residential and specialised property leasing.
You will be required to:
Negotiate commercial contracts for new and existing tenants (eg Offers to Lease, Collaboration Agreements, Leases, Licenses).
Resolve portfolio management operational issues.
Produce high quality corporate reports and commercial analysis (eg financial budgets, forecasts, identify cost savings or revenue making opportunities).
Develop and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.
Ideally you should have hands-on commercial experience in all the key responsibilities of this role ie leasing,
property management and financial analysis.
In particular, solid Excel skills and excellent numerical literacy is required.
You should be able to demonstrate high level interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
