About the Role

This is a wide-ranging Assistant Accountant position that offers exposure across both financial accounting and credit support. Working within an experienced finance team, you'll be trusted with a broad range of responsibilities while contributing to ongoing improvements across systems and processes.

What You'll Be Doing
Preparing month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintaining the general ledger and supporting finance systems
Managing fixed asset, lease and treasury registers
Supporting customer credit administration, account maintenance and payment allocations




Assisting with finance systems and process improvements
Working with stakeholders across the business to support day-to-day finance operations
Providing general support to the wider finance team as required

About You
Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant, Accounts Officer or in a similar commercial finance role
A sound understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence using Excel and finance systems (ERP experience highly regarded)
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
CPA studies are desirable but not essential
