About the Role

Support our warehouse operations by keeping stock accurate, coordinating shipments and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain inventory accuracy and process stock movements in Pronto
Manage receipts, dispatches and orders across systems
Coordinate local and international freight
Prepare production run sheets and support stocktakes




Resolve delivery issues and maintain documentation
Ensure compliance with WHS and company procedures

About You
5+ years’ FMCG warehouse admin experience
Robust systems knowledge (ERP/WMS/TMS/CRM)
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver
