About the role
You will be supporting the customers over thephone or travelling to their offices for onsite support, projects or when youare required to operate from client office or resolve onsite issues. Thus,
therole will be hybrid i.e operating from home unless you are required to workfrom client office.
The client is looking for someone to work in avery close net team and values versatile and positive worklife balance but is prettyinspired to deliver excellent customer service.
Role and Responsibilities
Responds to and resolves technicalissues related to endpoints, hardware peripherals, Business SaaS, identity andprint
Provides support for softwareinstallations and configurations
Recovery of files from backups
Manages support calls and emails, ensuringSLAs are met
Troubleshoots and resolves basicnetwork-related issues
