Their Chadstone boutique is an intimate, beautifully appointed space where every client interaction is personal, unhurried and held to an exacting standard.

They are now looking for a Sales Associate to join the team.

This is a role for someone who is energised by the hunt, by cultivating a personal client portfolio, by turning a single sale into a long lasting relationships. Your results will be driven by the relationships you create

What you'll be doing
Proactively building and nurturing your own client portfolio through outreach, follow-up and referral
Delivering a considered, discreet and highly personalised experience to every client who enters the boutique




Developing deep product knowledge across a premium luxury collection
Contributing to client events, private appointments and VIP experiences
Working towards individual and boutique sales targets
Supporting boutique operations, visual presentation and inventory standards

What we're looking for
A real appetite for sales, the drive to pick up the phone and create your own prospects
Proven success in a sales, account management or client-facing role. Luxury retail experience is advantageous but open to adjacent industries
Polished, warm and articulate, with the emotional intelligence to read a room
Resilience and self-motivation, you set your own pace and hold yourself to it
Immaculate presentation and genuine discretion
Full working rights in Australia and availability across a retail roster including weekends
