EASA is looking for a Client Services & Operations Manager to join our Darwin office.
This is a role for someone who likes making things work well.
You might be the person who notices what needs improving, follows things through, builds strong relationships, supports staff, keeps systems moving, and helps clients and stakeholders feel confident in the service they receive.
The role covers a broad mix of responsibilities – no two days will be the same.
Client services & front office oversight
Stakeholder engagement
Business development & tendering
Marketing & communications
Quality improvement initiatives
Recruitment

This role includes a $3,000 professional development allowance, and you will be supported by the CEO and a wider team across finance, clinical services, training, administration and service delivery.

If you have strong transferable skills, good judgement, emotional intelligence, initiative, relationship-building ability, and the capacity to coordinate people, processes and priorities, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Experience in client services, operations, contract management, business development, HR coordination, recruitment, tenders, service delivery, administration leadership, community services, health, EAP, or not-for-profit environments would all be helpful.
