Senior Payroll Officer

Working alongside our
Payroll & Compliance Lead
, you will help deliver accurate and timely payroll services for approximately
1,000 employees
across our growing healthcare organisation.

About You
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented payroll professional with:
3-5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing within a medium to large, complex organisation
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including the Fair Work Act, superannuation and taxation requirements
Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements, Industrial Agreements and Contemporary Awards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience providing payroll advice, guidance and support within a payroll team environment
Commitment to accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement
Desirable:
Healthcare payroll experience
Experience using Access Micropay and Humanforce
