What will you do?
Welcome guests on arrival, guide them to their rooms, explain amenities and services, and assist throughout their stayRespond promptly to guest requests and inquiriesRecommend dining, entertainment, shopping, tours and sightseeing optionsAssist with valet parking, organising airport transfers and taxis, and manage luggage to and from roomsMaintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entrance, and baggage areasFollow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
More About You
Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, and professional appearanceAt least 6-months of experience as a Porter or in a similar roleExperience in a 5-star hotel environmentKnowledge of Movielink and Vingcard systemsValid Manual NT Full Driver's license - C & B classCommercial passenger vehicle licence (H endorsement)



or willingness to obtain if successfulAbility to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays
