Accommodation is a key part of the Rich River experience, with our established 63-room motel complex set amongst tranquil gardens and featuring an inground pool and spa.What We OfferOpportunity to lead a key department within a successful and well-established clubSupportive and professional team environmentCompetitive salary package based on experienceMeal card, phone allowance and uniform providedCareer development and leadership growth opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the Gaming Lounge and VaultOversee gaming revenue performance, cash flow management and financial controlsConduct daily poker machine clearances, balancing and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with all Gaming, AML/CTF and regulatory requirementsLead, coach, mentor and develop gaming and vault team membersManage staff rostering and workforce planning to meet operational requirementsDrive a culture of exceptional customer service and responsible gaming practicesDevelop,



implement and continuously improve gaming procedures and operational processesOversee gaming loyalty programs and member engagement initiativesMonitor transactions and reporting in accordance with AML and CTF legislationLiaise with regulatory authorities and ensure audit readiness at all timesCoordinate and manage gaming promotions, including Bingo, raffles and gaming-related eventsPrepare departmental reports, analyse performance data, and identify improvement opportunitiesOversee Keno and TAB operations and ensure service standards are maintainedAssist in the introduction of new products, services, promotions and gaming initiativesContribute to departmental budgeting, forecasting and strategic planningKey Selection CriteriaDemonstrated experience in a Gaming Management or Senior Gaming Operations roleStrong understanding of Gaming Regulations, Responsible Gambling requirements, AML and CTF obligationsProven leadership skills with experience managing, coaching and developing teamsStrong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional approach when engaging with members, guests, staff and stakeholdersAbility to work independently while leading a high-performing teamStrong IT and gaming systems experience, including System ****, Aristocrat systems or similar platformsCurrent RSA, RCG, Advanced RCG certifications and TAB accreditationHigh level of financial acumen with proven cash handling and reconciliation experienceStrong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skillsProfessional presentation, time management and commitment to workplace standardsAvailability to work rotating evenings, weekends and some public holidays as requiredRRGC is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Chance, Work Health and Safety, Child Safety, Cultural Diversity and Ethical Work Practices and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
