DeliveranalyticalsupportforARAging,cashallocation,baddebtprovisionandforecasting;monitorARhealthandtradespendimpacts.
PartnerwithITCtoimproveARandtradespendcontrolprocessesandreporting,includingstandardizationandExcel-enabledautomation.
ReviewBalanceSheetreconciliationsforCommercialandSG&Aaccountsinlinewithcompanyfinancialpolicy;ensuretimelyclearanceofreconcilingitems.
SupportexternalauditandkeyaudittimelineswiththeReportingController;ensureauditrequestsaremetaccuratelyandonschedule
CoordinatewithF&C;,HR,Legal,Marketing,Sales,andOperationstoensurecompleteandtimelyprovisionofauditdocumentation.
WorkcloselywithInternalControlstoensurecompliancetasksareexecuted;assistwithSOXtestingandindependentcertificationactivities.
Ensurenorepeatinternalauditfindingsbychallengingnon-compliantprocessesanddrivingremediationtoclosure.
Managestakeholderqueries/issuesandensuretimelyresolutionwithoutdelayingclose,audits,orreporting.
