About the Role
This is a hands-on cleaning position with opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you grow with the business.
You will:
Deliver high-quality residential and commercial cleaning
Lead by example on site
Work independently and as part of a team
Ensure our standards are consistently met
Build positive relationships with clients
Help train and support new team members as required
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience leading, supervising or managing people in any industry




Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in being reliable
Is dependable and follows through on commitments
Has strong attention to detail
Communicates professionally with clients and teammates
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Enjoys physical work and staying active
Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport

Requirements
Current driver's licence and reliable car
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work in varied environments
Role Details
Casual position starting from
$***** per hour
Minimum
****** hours per week
Monday to Friday only (no weekends or public holidays)
Based in Mount Riverview, servicing Faulconbridge to Penrith.
Shifts range anywhere between 6am-3pm
