Noble Life New Norfolk is seeking an experienced, capable and community-minded management couple team - to live onsite and lead our New Norfolk lifestyle community.
This is a hands-on role for people who take pride in resident experience, presentation and sales, with the opportunity to shape the culture of a growing community from its early stages.
THE ROLE
Oversee day-to-day community operations and provide responsive, professional service to residents.
Build a welcoming, connected community through regular communication, activities and resident engagement.
Maintain high standards across presentation, landscaping and common facilities, coordinating staff, suppliers and contractors as required.
Manage administration, records, reporting, policies and relevant compliance requirements.
Host enquiries, conduct inspections and guide prospective residents through the home-purchase journey.
Support home sales and settlements, with commission payable on successful sales, and work collaboratively to meet the practical needs of an onsite community.
THE PACKAGE
Combined base salary of $100,000 per annum.
Sales commission in addition to the base salary.
A modern three-bedroom home with a double garage provided onsite as part of the package.
A long-term opportunity commencing in December ****, helping establish a premium Noble Life community in an attractive Tasmanian location.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR




Previous onsite management experience in a lifestyle village, residential park, retirement community, hospitality property or a comparable environment.
Strong people skills and the maturity to communicate with residents, families, contractors and prospective purchasers.
Demonstrated sales capability and the confidence to convert enquiries into home sales without compromising trust or service.
Sound administration, computer and reporting skills, with a disciplined approach to compliance and follow-through.
A practical, solutions-focused attitude and a shared commitment to a safe, beautifully presented and welcoming community.
Must have a company or ABN as role is a management contractor engagement
