The role involves engaging with inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and conducting consultations to understand customers' energy needs and property requirements.
The Sales Representative will prepare proposals and quotes, explain solar and battery system options in clear, accessible terms, and guide customers through pricing, rebates, and financing options.
Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, updating the CRM with accurate customer information, coordinating with technical and installation teams, and maintaining strong relationships before and after sale.




The role also includes staying current on industry trends, product developments, and local regulations to provide informed and compliant recommendations.Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, batteries, or related energy/technology products, with strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.Ability to explain technical concepts (solar systems, inverters, battery storage, tariffs) in simple terms and tailor solutions to customer needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, explicit presentation abilities, and a customer-focused approach.Comfort with CRM software, basic data entry, and using digital tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate proposals.Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently on-site and collaborate effectively with operations and installation teams.Understanding of or interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and the Australian energy market; prior experience in Burleigh Heads or QLD region is an advantage.Valid driver's license and ability to visit customer sites when needed.Relevant qualifications in sales, business, or a technical field are beneficial but not mandatory; ongoing training will be provided for the right candidate.
