Melbourne City Mission (MCM) is seeking a Youth Refuge Worker to provide structured support to young residents across our Youth Refuges. You will assess needs, refer to services and help young people move toward independent living in a protected setting.
The role requires robust communication, a capacity to engage youth with complex needs, and commitment to team-based service delivery within a residential setting. Shift work incl. weekends and sleepovers is expected.
