We're looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Technology Delivery team.Reporting to the Managed Service & Support Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Rauland's customer and managed service environments remain secure, stable and operational.
You'll be responsible for maintaining enterprise infrastructure, supporting mission-critical healthcare technology environments and resolving complex technical issues that directly impact customer outcomes.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, driving continuous improvement and working across modern infrastructure, cloud and managed service environments.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for the administration, maintenance, security and operational performance of customer and managed service environments across Australia and New Zealand.

virtualisation, cloud and associated infrastructure platformsMonitor system performance, availability and capacity to ensure reliable customer operationsInvestigate, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through structured root cause analysisImplement and maintain security controls, patching, account management and vulnerability remediation activitiesEnsure customer environments remain operationally ready, well-documented and supportableMaintain technical documentation, configuration records and operational standardsSupport deployments, upgrades and transitions into operational supportProvide advanced technical support and escalation assistance for customer environments and critical incidentsDrive automation, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability and efficiencyCollaborate with internal teams and technology partners to deliver successful customer outcomesWhat We're Looking ForExperience administering enterprise infrastructure, servers and ICT environmentsExperience supporting Windows and Linux Server environmentsKnowledge of networking, virtualisation and infrastructure technologiesExperience supporting cloud,



hosted or hybrid environmentsStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilityExperience managing technical incidents and remediation activitiesUnderstanding of security controls, patching, backups and system maintenanceStrong documentation, governance and technical communication skillsA proactive and continuous improvement mindsetAbility to work effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholder groupsQualifications & RequirementsTertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline (desirable)Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Red Hat, AWS or Azure (desirable)Ability to drive within Australia and/or New ZealandAbility to participate in on-call support arrangements where requiredAbility to work within healthcare and mission-critical operational environmentsWhy Us?
