Working Monday to Friday clinic hours only, you'll be part of a collaborative and patient focused team where your expertise, empathy, and contribution are genuinely valued.More specifically, you will:You will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while delivering safe, high-quality care every day.Provide compassionate, patient centred nursing care within a Radiation Oncology settingDeliver patient education and clinical care, including medication administration, symptom management, skin assessments, and wound careCoordinate daily patient appointments and clinical workflows to ensure a smooth treatment experienceWork collaboratively with Radiation Oncologists, Radiation Therapists, Allied Health professionals, and Patient Services teamsBuild trusted relationships with patients and their families through effective communication and supportMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure continuity of careAdhere to clinical protocols, infection control requirements,



and evidence-based practice standardsApply medication safety principles and participating in quality improvement initiativesUse structured communication tools such as ISBAR to promote safe and effective teamworkWe're interested in hearing from people who have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseA minimum of two years' post graduate nursing experience preferredExperience in oncology, haematology, or Radiation Oncology will be highly regarded, although not essentialExperience in wound care managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trustStrong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesA commitment to delivering best practice patient care and continuous improvementAn eagerness to learn and develop within a specialised clinical environmentThe ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamBenefits of joining our team:At GenesisCare, we believe in supporting our people both professionally and personally.
