Monitor compliance with all applicable government legislation/ regulations/ permits/ approvals/ consents as the minimum requirement for all BOC activities and support and drive sites to achieve improvements, develop compliance programs/systems.Other key responsibilities will include:Support safety performance across Major Hazard Facilities (MHF)Monitor and review critical safety controlsConduct risk assessments and support hazard identification activitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of Safety CasesPartner with site teams to embed safe work practicesSupport MHF audits and regulatory interactionsEnsure compliance with legislation, permits, and approvalsContribute to continuous improvement of HSE systems and processesTo be considered for this roleAt least 3 years' experience in HSE,



ideally within chemical, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environmentsRelevant tertiary qualifications in science, engineering, or a related discipline (preferred), with formal HSE qualification or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of risk management, safety systems, and regulatory complianceExperience in incident investigation methodologies (e.g. ICAM, MORT, Causal Tree) desirableAudit experience, with Lead Auditor certification (ISO**** and/or HSE) desirableStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence operational teamsWillingness to travel across Victoria and Tasmaniaand an understanding of the legislative requirementsOur people have the opportunity to thrive and excel.
