In ****, Kepple was ranked the 13th fastest growing company in the Australian Financial Review Fast Starters list.Our primary product, Spark Relief Teachers, connects schools and early childhood centres with casual teachers, education support staff and educators through our mobile and web platforms.As Spark continues to grow, we are looking for a high-energy, motivated and proactive Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our brand to life.About the RoleThis is a casual, office-based role located in Richmond.
You will work up to 24 hours per week at a rate of $35 per hour plus superannuation.The role is ideal for someone currently studying marketing, communications or a related discipline, as well as someone seeking their first professional chance in marketing.
We can provide flexibility when scheduling your regular working days around university commitments, but all hours will be worked from our Richmond office.Your primary focus will be creating social media content and supporting the visual presentation of our brands.
You will also gain practical exposure to online advertising, blog writing, digital communications, conferences, promotional campaigns and customer reward experiences.This is a hands‐on and collaborative role where you will see your work published and used by real customers.
Strong communication and teamwork are essential.




You will receive guidance and support while also being encouraged to take initiative, contribute ideas and take ownership of your work.What You Will DoCreate engaging content for our social media channelsDesign branded graphics and marketing materials using CanvaPlan, prepare and schedule social media postsWrite and edit copy for social media, blogs and digital communicationsHelp maintain consistent branding across digital and printed materialsAssist with email, push notification and in-app communication campaignsSupport online advertising activities across platforms such as Google and MetaHelp coordinate conferences, promotional campaigns, rewards and other brand experiencesContribute ideas for campaigns and new ways to engage schools and educatorsReview campaign results and help identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with people across the business to support changing marketing prioritiesAbout YouWe are looking for a high‐energy and motivated team member who is:Currently studying marketing, communications, design or a related discipline, or looking to begin a career in marketingConfident using Canva to create polished and engaging contentCreative with a strong eye for design and brand consistencyProactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for directionA strong communicator who can confidently share ideas, ask questions and seek feedbackCollaborative and enthusiastic about working closely with people across the businessPositive,



energetic and willing to contribute wherever neededA capable writer with strong attention to detailOrganised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesComfortable receiving feedback and improving work through collaborationCurious about customers and what makes marketing content effectiveReliable and motivated to contribute to a growing businessComfortable working all scheduled hours from our Richmond officeA portfolio is not essential, but examples of social media content, Canva designs, university projects or personal creative work would be highly regarded.Working With AIKepple has a positive and practical approach to artificial intelligence.
