Reporting to the Supply Planner, this key technical leadership role is responsible for leading the production scheduling process across our chilled manufacturing operations, encompassing both semi-finished and finished goods.Working within a hybrid model, you will develop and execute integrated production plans, using SAP to optimise service levels, cost efficiencies, and manufacturing capacity.
Partnering closely with Operations, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams, you will play a critical role in driving effective decision-making and ensuring the smooth execution of production plans.
This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Production Scheduler looking to take the next step into a lead role and make a significant impact across the business.Note, this role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in Colac, Victoria, ****What's the Scoop?
Own and manage a rolling 13-week production plan,



aligned to demand and operational capabilityDevelop and oversee weekly and daily production schedules to maximise capacity and minimise downtimeAct as the single source of truth within SAP for all production planning activitiesPartner closely with Supply Planning and Demand to balance supply and meet customer requirementsMonitor inventory projections and proactively manage risks (e.g. out-of-stocks, excess)Lead weekly supply review processes and contribute to S&OE; forumsDrive continuous improvement across scheduling, reporting, and planning processesProvide insights through reporting, scorecards, and analysis to support decision-makingWhat You'll Bring:3-5 years' experience in manufacturing planning or schedulingStrong technical capability across production scheduling and capacity planningExperience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting toolsA proven ability to analyse data, solve problems, and influence stakeholdersExcellent communication and organisational skillsA collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionallyA continuous improvement focus and the confidence to lead outcomesAt Bulla, we're not just about ice cream – we're about creating a culture that's as rich and satisfying as our creamy classics.Here's what we offer:Hybrid Work Model– Flexibility to work from home and the officeParental Leave– Inclusive options for all caregiver types,
