You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services are fit-for-purpose and we delivery on time, and budget.
You will also assist with setting up process and policies internally to help streamline the customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage products and projects from the concept stage to launch, or customer hand-overManage the internal and external RFQ process across vendors and partnersNegotiate Pricing, Project Schedules,



Logistics with multiple vendorsEstablish accurate product costings and complete landed cost models to maintain margin and business expectationsDevelop project timelines and maintain milestone schedules to ensure we deliver on timeSource new suppliers and manufacturing partners as requiredCoordinate and support quality control processes throughout production and elevate any risks to Head of ProjectsWork with New Product Team to help identify and implement new products for SI Retail catalogue itemsSkills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum 3 years' experience in procurement, projects, product development, or supply chain roles.Experience working with overseas manufacturers, preferably within ChinaStrong project management and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommercially minded with solid negotiation skills and a can-do attitudeStrong attention to detailHighly DesirableExperience within retail products, merchandising techniques, packaging, displays, shopfitting, or promotional productsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance proceduresExperience working with ERP, inventory, or project management systemsExperience working directly with China-based manufacturers and suppliersWhy Join SI Retail?
