The role focuses on building robust relationships, driving account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring successful customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal.You will lead customer meetings, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product and Delivery teams to deliver results, while monitoring health and pipeline
