The Mansion Hotel and Spa is seeking a agile and passionate Banquets Manager who can lead a team of conference and events staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
Significant opportunities to grow and progress within the hotel and our group is available to motivated staff who show the commitment and drive to advance.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Banquets Manager must be available to work over a 7 day roster, particularly nights and weekends, and is responsible for:Managing the Conference & Events teams including recruitment and training of staff in C & E servicePreparing rosters in accordance with budgetsSupervising and coordinating shiftsEnsuring superior food and beverage service is provided to all guestsOverseeing the operational efficiency of the conference and events service operationsMaximising revenue opportunities and maintaining cost controls across our Conference and Events OperationsABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will have:Exemplary food & beverage service skillsExemplary food & beverage knowledge skillsExperience in managing a team in conference and event food & beverage serviceAvailability to work a spread of shifts over a 7 day rosterA strong guest focus with excellent communication and customer service skillsEnergetic and driven,
