We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused experienced Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our organization, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored flooring solutions that exceed their expectations.




Your expertise and enthusiasm will directly contribute to the success of our business and the satisfaction of our clientele.Key responsibilitiesProactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsStrive to achieve weekly targetsDemonstrate products and present product knowledge in a compelling and informative mannerContacting builders, developers, property managers and commercial businesses to introduce our servicesBuilding relationships with new and existing customersMeasure and calculate floor areas and prepare accurate quotesCalculate margins, negotiate confidently, and close the saleMaintain showroom presentation and help run the store as requiredWhat we're looking forStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groupsExcellent product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and retain technical information about flooring productsDemonstrated ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsStrong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targetsPhysical capability to handle and demonstrate flooring samplesConfidence with numbers — quoting, measuring and marginsAvailability full time, including occasional SaturdaysCurrent driver's licence (desirable)What we offerWe are committed to creating a supportive and rewarding workplace for our team members.
