Position Title: Finance Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis)Location: Melbourne CBDContract: Initial 3-Month ContractThe OpportunityOur client, a large multinational organisation, is seeking a commercially minded FP&A; Analyst to join their high-performing finance team on an initial 3-month contract with a view to be made permanent.
This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the business during a critical period.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly management reports and variance analysisSupport budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with key stakeholders across the businessProvide insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying trends, risks,



and opportunitiesPartner with operational teams to drive cost control and improve financial outcomesAssist with financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-makingContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A; processes and reportingSupport ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements as neededKey RequirementsProven experience in an FP&A;, commercial finance, or management accounting roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial dataAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial modellingExperience working within large, complex organisations (multinational experience highly regarded)Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilitiesAbility to work in a quick-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesImmediately available or able to start at short noticeWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work with a globally recognised organisationExposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-makingCollaborative and high-performing team environmentMelbourne CBD location with flexible working arrangements
