You'll work closely with the Product Lead to turn strategic direction into transparent, prioritised work; helping the squad build the right things, in the right order, with the right level of evidence behind each decision.This role is about making AI opportunities real.
You'll help progress ideas through the Exploration Framework; from discovery and problem definition through to testing, validation and recommendations.
You'll also support early opportunity framing, helping the team assess what's feasible, valuable and worth progressing.You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to be technically fluent enough to work confidently with engineers, architects,



data specialists and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the squad backlog in partnership with the Product LeadTranslate strategic direction and discovery insights into clear, actionable briefsPrioritise work based on value, feasibility, risk, user evidence and business needDrive day-to-day delivery across active AI and intelligent systems initiativesTrack progress, manage dependencies, remove blockers and maintain momentumWork closely with engineers, architects, ICT partners and data specialists to scope and iterate solutionsSupport discovery, testing, validation and UAT activitiesAssess emerging opportunities across product, technical, operational, regulatory and strategic considerationsDocument evidence, findings, trade-offs and recommendations to support go/no-go decisionsBridge technical and non-technical conversations so stakeholders can make informed decisionsSound interesting?
Here's what we're looking for:Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar in technology deliveryStrong backlog management and prioritisation capabilityTechnical fluency across AI and data systems, including an understanding of data pipelines, prompt engineering, AI/ML basics and cloud-based delivery environmentsExperience delivering AI,
