Our six rooms (Nido, Piccolo, Mimmo, Bunjil, Gurr and Duwi) support children from infancy through to kindergarten age, guided by the principles of educator-family partnership and respect for each child's individual pace of development.About the RoleWe're looking for a passionate, reliable Educator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
This role is primarily suited to someone with strong experience in the 3–6 years age group, though flexibility to work across different rooms as rostering needs require is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences aligned with the EYLF/VEYLDF and Montessori philosophyBuild genuine, trusting relationships with children, families and colleaguesSupport the inclusion and wellbeing of children with additional needs, working collaboratively with families, inclusion support professionals and the leadership teamMaintain accurate documentation,
