We are seeking an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL), Complex Care, and Community Access programs.About the RoleAs the Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our SIL and community-based services, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, and positive outcomes for participants.
You will mentor and support a dedicated team of support workers, coordinate with families and stakeholders, and ensure smooth operational performance across all programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage SIL and community support services across multiple locationsSupervise, mentor, and support staff including recruitment, onboarding, and performance managementEnsure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies, and reporting requirementsWork collaboratively with participants and families to develop and review person-centred support plansOversee service budgets, rosters,
