The role
Provide person-centred,



evidence-based care to residents in a 30-bed residential facility
General aged care, Palliative Care and support for those living with Dementia.
Conduct assessments, gaining data which can be used to develop plans of care
Requirements
Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience in Aged Care setting (+2 years)
Robust clinical skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Either current NDIS Check OR National Criminal Record Check from within the last 12 months
Up to date Flu Vaccine and x3 Covid Vaccines
