CEC AV is seeking an experienced AV Installer / Contractor to join our growing team in Sydney.

We specialise in commercial audio visual installations across corporate, hospitality, education, and high-end residential environments. Due to continued demand, we are looking for reliable and skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and professionalism on-site.

The Role

This is a full-time contractor opportunity working 5 days per week across a variety of installation projects throughout Sydney.

You will be responsible for:
AV installations and fit-outs
Mounting displays, TVs, projectors, speakers, and hardware
Cable installation and management
Rack building and equipment setup
System testing and troubleshooting
Working alongside project managers and other trades in office
Maintaining a high standard of presentation and workmanship

What We're Looking For




Previous experience in AV installation or related electrical/data fields
Strong understanding of commercial AV systems
Ability to read plans and work independently
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Solid problem-solving skills
White Card required
Driver's licence and own transport preferred
EWP, Working at Heights, or cabling licence advantageous
