What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming residents and ensuring every interaction is a positive one
Keeping the building lobby and shared spaces pristine
Coordinating and reporting maintenance issues
Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
Maintaining top-tier security standards
Organising and overseeing resident move-ins and move-outs
