Contract Until End of July **** – Government AgencyProcurement for a Large IT Transformation ProgramWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial, procurement and vendor management activities for a large-scale technology transformation program.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ICT procurement and commercial activities for complex technology programs.Develop sourcing strategies, procurement documentation, contracts and commercial evaluations.Manage vendor engagement, contract negotiations and commercial performance.Provide strategic commercial advice to executives and project leadership to support informed decision-making.Develop and maintain procurement pipelines,



reporting and governance across multiple workstreams.Key Skills and Experience8+ years' experience in commercial management, ICT procurement or strategic sourcing.Demonstrated experience managing technology procurement programs valued at $50M+.
