The Opportunity:
As a Building Certifier, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, industrial, mixed-use and residential developments, providing certification advice and regulatory guidance throughout the project lifecycle.You will work alongside an experienced team of technical specialists while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own projects and clients.

Level 1 Building Surveyors / Certifiers (L1 BS)Level 2 Building Surveyors / Certifiers (L2 BS)Professionals currently located in Victoria, Tasmania or Western AustraliaCertifiers interested in relocating to Brisbane or the Gold Coast
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake building assessments, inspections and certification activitiesReview applications and determine compliance with the NCC and relevant state legislationProvide expert technical advice to developers, architects, builders and project teamsAttend site inspections and project meetingsPrepare quotations, fee proposals and certification documentationDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsIdentify opportunities for additional certification and compliance services
About You:
Current Building Certifier accreditation (Level 1 or Level 2)Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC)Experience undertaking building assessments, inspections and certification activitiesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesCurrent driver's licence
