You'll work closely with the Regional Manager to drive continuous improvement, team engagement and sustainable growth.About YouTo be successful, you will have:5+ years' leadership experienceOperational leadership experience within Health, NDIS or Community Services (Aged Care experience is not essential)A commercial mindset with experience managing KPIs, performance and service growthStrong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teamsA self-driven, adaptable and open-minded approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
