Human Resource Reporting & Analytics Specialist
Join a collaborative HR team as an HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist, where you'll play a key role in transforming complex people data into meaningful insights that influence strategic business decisions.
Working closely with HR leaders and stakeholders, you'll develop reporting, automate analytics, build Power BI dashboards, and help drive a data-driven culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities
As the HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will partner closely with HR and business leaders to provide meaningful workforce insights that support strategic decision-making.
You'll take ownership of HR reporting and analytics, ensuring accurate, timely and actionable people data is available across the business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys analysing data, developing reporting solutions, and translating complex information into clear business recommendations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
PeopleAnalytics: Analyse workforce data from multiple HR systems to identify trends, risks and opportunities that support business decision-making.
PowerBI Dashboard Development: Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for HR stakeholders and leadership teams.
HRReporting: Produce regular and ad hoc workforce reports, providing valuable insights across key people metrics.
ReportingAutomation:



Improve and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and accessibility of HR data.
DataIntegrity: Maintain high levels of data quality through ongoing validation, auditing and governance processes.
HRSystems Support: Partner with HR teams to support system enhancements, reporting capability and people-related projects.
StakeholderEngagement: Present insights and recommendations to HR leaders and senior stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
ContinuousImprovement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capability, improve analytics processes and promote data-driven decision making across the HR function.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate is an analytical and commercially minded HR reporting professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights.
You'll be confident working with large datasets, have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and possess the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and practical way.
Essential: Previous experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Reporting, HR Reporting or People Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling and visualisation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience analysing large and complex datasets.
Understanding of HR processes, workforce metrics and people analytics methodologies.
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Oracle and/or Kronos will be highly regarded.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering accurate reporting within agreed timeframes.
