We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a Workforce Management (WFM) Replacement Project, which will impact approximately 9,******,000 employees.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape how change is delivered, adopted, and embedded across the organisation.As a Change Manager, you will lead end-to-end change activities supporting the implementation of a new workforce management platform.
