We're launching a current 4WD & fitment concept within our Cannington Superstore and are looking for a Fitment Sales Representative to lead it.This is a unique opportunity to run a "store within a store", combining:Retail leadership4WD product expertise and passionCustomer-first, consultative salesYou'll be the go-to expert for customers looking to build their vehicles — from everyday upgrades to full touring setups.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGLead the 4WD accessories & fitment category within store delivering expert advice on suspension, bull bars, recovery gear, canopies and accessoriesProvide a consultative sales experience – understanding needs, recommend solutions,



close the sale and coordinate installationDrive category sales performance and growthCoach and uplift store team knowledge in 4WD products and fitment solutionsOperate as part of the store leadership team (Assistant Manager level)Take ownership of performance, presentation, and customer experienceABOUT YOUYou're someone who genuinely enjoys working with customers and talking all things 4WD.What you'll bring:Experience in automotive, mechanical, 4WD or fitment environmentsSolid knowledge and passion of 4WD products, accessories and upgradesProven customer service and sales capabilityA hands-on, solutions-focused mindsetStrong communication and relationship-building skillsLeadership experience OR readiness to step into a leadership roleWHY JOIN US?
