Our client sites provide extensive on-site and tailored training, including:
Hands-on systems walkthroughs
Scenario-based control room simulations
Ongoing refresher sessions

You’ll be supported to perform at your best and deliver exceptional service through:
Effective conflict resolution and incident reporting
Comprehensive patrols and risk assessments (Rover)
Control room monitoring, including CCTV operations
Customer, client, and tenant liaison

About You

We’re looking for qualified, customer-focused team players who:
Can demonstrate a solid track record of experience
Are passionate about delivering high-end customer service
Are well presented with skilled communication skills
Hold a valid NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
Hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
Bring proven experience in Retail or Commercial security environments
