AT Truck & Trailers Repairs Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic or Workshop Manager to join our team in Epping, VIC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience servicing and repairing European and American truck makes, along with solid leadership and workshop management capabilities.

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per annum (based on experience)

Location: Epping, VIC

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic (workshop management experience highly regarded)
Robust knowledge of European and American truck brands (e.g., Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Kenworth, Scania)
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, brake, and electrical systems
Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
Ability to manage workshop operations, including scheduling,



job allocation, and workflow efficiency (for Workshop staff)
Experience leading and mentoring a team of mechanics/technicians (for Workshop Staff)
Valid trade certification/qualification
Current driver's licence (Multi heavy vehicle licence highly regarded)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
