minutes and meeting documentationAttending and facilitating committee meetings and AGMsProviding practical guidance on Queensland strata legislationPreparing budgets and reviewing scheme financial informationCoordinating insurance, maintenance and compliance mattersImplementing committee and body corporate decisionsBuilding positive relationships with committees, owners and service providersSupporting senior managers while developing your strata knowledgeJunior applicants will receive training and support, while experienced candidates will be offered greater portfolio autonomy and the opportunity to manage more complex schemes.About YouWe would like to hear from candidates with:Previous strata, body corporate, property or real estate experienceStrong communication and relationship-management skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailA professional, proactive and solutions-focused approachConfidence working with committees and multiple stakeholdersKnowledge of Queensland body corporate legislation is advantageousExperience using StrataMax, PropertyIQ or similar software is beneficialExperienced Strata Managers are strongly encouraged to apply; however, applications are also welcomed from property professionals looking to establish a long-term career in the strata industry.
