Our client is one of the biggest manufacturers of spices and sauces, having been in the industry for 130 years, they've established themselves as a reputable food manufacturing brand.
They are currently looking for an experienced machine operator to join their team based in Clayton.
This role will have you monitor the operation of machines, ensuring processes are running smoothly and resolving any issues that arise.Key Responsibilities:Operate in an automated environment where goods are palletized onto palletsStart up and monitor production machinesOversee lines, troubleshoot issues and resolve errorsReplenish the line with drums of plastic wrap which gets cut, moulded and filled with yummy sauceOperate a walker stacker to bring in the sauce drumsLift the packaged sauce and empty into the production lineBe able to work with a forklift operator entering in and out of the departmentAbout you:Strong GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) knowledgeStrong LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
