Our ideal candidate will join our Education Team at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba.
This is a permanent, full time role of 24 hours education and then CN hours up to a total of 76 hours per fortnight in the special care nursery unit.Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager & Education Manager, the Clinical Nurse (Education) is a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, responsible for promoting clinical excellence and staff development.
This role supports the department's vision of delivering evidence-based care through continuous learning and professional growth by addressing both organisational and learners' needs.You will be responsible for all aspects of education and training within the clinical environment.
Your responsibilities will further include providing excellent person-centred development of staff, assessment of clinical skills, assisting with clinical education events and support other education activities within the hospital in close collaboration with other members of the clinical education team.About our hospital:St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs.
We are a 191-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients.
Our services include medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, emergency, cardiac and rehabilitation.
We are supported by comprehensive allied health services and advanced medical and diagnostic services.
